Biography
Gaye I. Clemson holds the position of Senior Manager, Strategic Planning,
Technical Services (TS) Global Business Operations Group within the Customer
Advocacy (CA) Division at Cisco Systems. She heads a strategic planning team
whose role is to facilitate and build consensus on the development of TS-wide
agreed-upon and executable strategic plans that are aligned with both the
Customer Advocacy (CA) Division and Cisco corporate using standard, repeatable
processes. Gaye joined Cisco in February 2006 after 14 years as a consultant
providing strategic planning, market/ product/ competitive assessments and sales
tools to a broad range of high-tech firms interested in improving their global
sales, channel, and services delivery effectiveness. Prior to that, she spent
nearly nine years with Tandem Computers in a variety of global sales operations
and corporate marketing roles, and four years helping design and market
value-added services with the Computer Communications Division of Bell
Canada.
