Helen M. Mitchell

A Business Traction Strategist and a noted speaker, consultant and author. Helen brings real world solutions to everyday business challenges. Her engaging and high energy style compliments her practical, cutting edge insight on topics such as: Leadership - Effective Business Strategies - Strategic Alignment - Change - Organizational Dynamics - Corporate Culture - Entrepreneurship. As a trusted advisor to business owners and executives throughout Southern California, Helen consults with and coaches CEO's and business owners to assess their business on why they are spinning their wheels and to develop a strategy to position the company for long term growth and profitability. Using a conceptualized and proven model, clients make better strategic decisions faster which drive real results in the business. Helen brings actual real world experience, not just consultant or academic theory. A Vice President with a Fortune 500 company by age 30 and P&L responsibility of a $.5Billion organization at the age of 35, she is experienced with the dynamics of both Fortune 500 and privately held companies having led virtually every functional discipline. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University and was further educated at Columbia University where she successfully completed their Senior Executive Program. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Biola University.
