Strategic Planning: Lessons from Practice
Biography
Jennifer Rosenzweig is currently responsible for Carlson's Global Employee
Practice. As such, she identifies and develops concepts that allow Carlson to be
on the leading edge in the field of performance improvement in support of client
initiatives. Her diverse background includes performance improvement, positive
employee engagement and change management as well as instructional design. Her
expertise in impacting the behavior of individuals and organizations has been
used successfully in a number of client projects. She has developed a
performance improvement and certification program to boost the professionalism
of salespeople in the telecommunications industry and recently designed a
culture change initiative for a manufacturing firm, aimed at promoting organic
growth. She has also authored numerous leadership, communications and
performance training projects. Her academic credentials include a bachelor of
arts in education and a master of arts in adult instruction and performance
technology from the University of Michigan. She has also earned a masters in
positive organizational development from Case Western Reserve University and is
currently pursuing her PhD in organizational consulting from Ashridge Management
College in London, England. She is a member of the Forum Board which promotes
research in People Performance Management in association with Northwestern
University.
