Biography
As a management consultant, Jim Warren works with leaders of technology-based
and knowledge-based organizations to improve organization performance and
effectiveness. He helps resolve issues at the human level - leadership,
coordination, collaboration, teamwork, and decision-making - in order to improve
strategy, innovation, operations and financial results at the organizational
level. His multidiscipline background and 43 years experience as an external
consultant enable him to help clients solve complex collaboration and
performance problems. He is Director & Senior Consultant of the Center for
Collaborative Management in Los Angeles, which provides management consulting,
training and research services. Recent projects include: redesign/development of
a technical laboratory, reorganization of R&D Dept., strategic alliance,
cross-functional teams, team building, economic evaluation, cross-culture
conflict and, conflict resolution, and the role of the leader.
