Biography
Leland is a consultant and executive coach specializing in fast-cycle strategy design and
execution. He is the co-author of Winning in FastTime, which has been enthusiastically
endorsed by top executives from leading organizations, including McDonald's, Texas Instruments and
Motorola, as well as best-selling authors, such as Alvin Toffler and Marshall Goldsmith, and even
senior military leaders, including General Norman Schwarzkopf and General Mike Dugan, former Chief
of Staff of the U.S. Air Force. Leland has also written and narrated many widely distributed
programs on leadership and change. His model for mastering change, The GEO Paradigm, has been
licensed by more than a thousand organizations in the U.S and Latin America. The Collaboration
Center Leland designed for Texas Instruments, TI Tomorrow, was a finalist for the prestigious
Computerworld Smithsonian Award, which recognizes "the most important applications of information
technology to society" each year.
