Strategic Planning: Lessons from Practice
Biography
Dr. Brady received her doctorate from the University of San Francisco in
Organization and Leadership in 2000. She has over 20 years of organizational
consulting experience in various industries in the United States and in Asia.
Most recently she established a consulting firm in Thailand to provide guidance
to organizations in synchronizing their strategic direction with their
technology policies and applications. Her work experience includes projects with
General Electric, AT&T, Wells Fargo, Clorox, Visa and various other
organizations large and small. Matching up strategic initiatives with business
initiatives while improving the business processes is the goal of Dr. Brady's
consulting projects. Dr. Brady brings project management skills from a varied
background in private and public agencies as well as academia. In addition to
working as a management consultant, Dr. Brady was also taught at the graduate
level in universities in the U.S., Vietnam, China, and Thailand.
