Biography
Michael Kanazawa, chief executive officer of Dissero Partners, is a
consultant and advisor to leaders who are involved in driving major strategic
shifts and corporate transformations. With sleeves rolled up, his work blends
strategy, corporate transformation, and leadership into a core disciplined
approach to generating breakthroughs in corporate performance. With clients that
include Anadigics, AT&T, CompUSA, Intel, Symantec and Verizon, Kanazawa has put
these principles to work. Before joining Dissero, Kanazawa was one of three
partners at Alliance Consulting Group, whose western U.S region he helped grow
from a single-client operation to a national high-technology strategy practice.
Earlier, Kanazawa was a Director of corporate strategy at Pacific Telesis Group,
led a 140 person sales and services team and led product strategy for a $300
million product line. A graduate of the University of California at Santa
Barbara, he holds an MBA from the University of Southern California. As a guest
lecturer at the business schools of the University of California, Berkeley,
Fordham University, and De Anza College, Kanazawa has spoken often on
transformational strategy and leadership to seed these ideas early in our new
crop of corporate executives. He is also a frequent speaker and panelist at
strategic planning and innovation conferences.
