Ravi Ravishankar

Having been with Cisco since 1999, as a result of an acquisition, Ravi Ravishankar now holds the position of Director, Business Operations, and Technical Services (TS) within the Customer Advocacy (CA) Division at Cisco Systems. He heads a group whose role is to enable TS to establish business priorities and achieve effective strategic initiative and project results aligned with CA and Cisco's priorities, using proven practices and standards. This is accomplished by assessing and validating customer and partner requirements, needs and opportunities, planning collaboratively at all levels of the organization and executing the TS strategic initiative and project portfolio. Prior to this role, Ravi was a Principal in Cisco's business consulting group leading strategy engagements with Cisco's top customers. Prior to joining Cisco he spent several years with an Internet startup and in IT consulting on a variety of platforms.
