Todd Keleher

Todd Keleher, a partner with Dissero, has over 20 years of consulting and operations experience. Todd specializes in getting strategies into the hands and heads of the people charged with strategy execution and teaching companies a process to achieve breakthrough results. He has guided successful clients that include Applied Materials, Apple, Cisco, CompUSA, Federal Express, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Nokia, and Sybase. Todd provides his clients with actionable recommendations and loves working with both large and small companies. He has a passion for companies and leaders that desire to deliver superior value to customers and build exceptional places to work. Prior to Dissero, Todd was a principal at R.B. Webber & Company, a leading boutique management consulting firm to the technology industry. Regarding his operations background, Keleher served as President and COO of a manufacturing company which made the Inc. 500 list twice. In this capacity, Todd built the management team, expanded markets, developed Japanese distribution, and guided the company's growth and automation. Todd began his management career at Intel. Todd earned a B.S. from Purdue University with honors and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
