Gavin Schutz

Gavin Schutz is a founder of Four Media Company, and formerly Executive
Vice President and CTO for Ascent Media Group, a Media and Entertainment
services provider. 4MC grew revenues from $27MM to over $600MM using a
combination of M&A and internal growth. The strategy included a roll up
of small owner operated facilities that were working in the creative
fields of motion picture and television post production, media
management and broadcast. The Company was purchased by Liberty Media
and renamed Ascent Media Group.
Jim McComb
Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning
Countrywide Home Loans
As Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning for the home equity division
of Countrywide Home Loans, America's largest mortgage lender and servicer,
Mr. McComb is responsible for facilitating the division's strategic
management process, including the development, implementation and
measurement of the overall divisional strategic plan, and of more than
seventy five regional, departmental and marketing channel plans. He is also
responsible for management of the division's organizational development, and
for creating a culture of strategic thinking throughout the division. In
both 2005 and 2006, he was honored as the most innovative strategic planner
at Countrywide by the company's executive management team.
Iain Somerville

Iain serves CEOs and Boards - mainly growth businesses and
nonprofits in the $70-700 million range - assisting them to resolve
strategic issues, set new directions and make breakthroughs in performance.
He also assists his client CEOs and their executive teams in obtaining
exceptional expertise, superior talent, growth capital and shareholder
liquidity tailored to their needs. Iain was a founder and managing partner
of the Accenture Organization & Change Strategy practice, Enterprise
Transformation program, M&A and Alliances Center of Excellence and Institute
for Strategic Change. He held senior management roles with McKinsey and IBM
and was a founding member of A4SL Coaching & Consulting. Iain earned his MBA
with High Distinction at Harvard Business School where he graduated as a
Baker Scholar. He also holds master's degrees in psychology and theology,
and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
