Michael W. McMillan

Mike McMillan has 29 years of corporate management experience at E.I. DuPont de Nemours, Inc. At DuPont, Mike's cross-functional experience has included R&D, Operations, Organizational Consulting, Project Management, and Strategic Planning. His industry experience spans the automotive, chemical, rubber, imaging, and consumer products industries.

Mike is currently head of Global Business Development in the Performance Coatings Refinish Division, one of DuPont's largest, most profitable divisions. As global strategic planning leader for the last eight years, Mike has been responsible for driving significant growth and performance improvement in all regions.

Among his many talents, Mike is an excellent facilitator and communicator. He regularly organizes and leads internal strategic planning meetings and makes presentations to senior executives and DuPont's CEO. One of his most significant recent accomplishments has been the establishment and transformational management of an internal strategy team focused on building new businesses beyond the core.

Mike has a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Illinois State University and an MAOM from the University of Phoenix. He also has received professional training in APICS Supply Chain Management, ISO Quality Systems, Organizational Management, Strategic Planning, and is Six Sigma certified.
