While advising and coaching Fortune 500 CEO's, Paul was a leader of a groundbreaking entrepreneurial company, establishing innovative leadership consulting practices, which has provided the foundation for much of the leadership consulting that exists today. As a pioneer of business consulting, Paul integrates new approaches from science, psychology and philosophy, while delivering concrete business acumen.

Paul is also a master storyteller, author, and poet, using humor and creative insight to stimulate learning. He has come a long way from his farm boy roots in England, yet Paul's approach continues to carry a nature-based sensibility that anybody can connect to. Paul currently resides in Long Beach, California with his lovely wife, Bonnie.
