Soren Eilertsen
Founder, Kollner Group

Soren Eilertsen, our founder and Managing Director, has more than 20 years of experience from senior executive leadership roles and consulting engagements with businesses throughout North America and Europe. As an expert in organizational steering, Soren works to promote leadership, strategy and performance excellence as enablers of creativity, change and growth within the organization. Soren holds a doctoral degree in psychology.
