Keynote: Driving Growth Through Decision Making and Execution

Despite the enormous time and energy that goes into strategy development at most companies, many have little to show for the effort. The huge gap between the potential value of company strategies and what is actually delivered is documented in Mr. Mankins' past writings in the Harvard Business Review. In this keynote talk Mr. Mankins will share the results of on-going research into elements of organization which contribute to, or impair, a company's ability to turn great strategy into great performance. We'll be getting an early look at the findings and recommendations going in to Mr. Mankins' upcoming book with his colleagues at Bain & Company.
