For those new to strategic planning, this is the workshop for you. Our presenter, Stephen Haines, Founder & CEO of the Haines Centre in San Diego, will provide a detailed look at strategic planning in the 21st Century. In doing this he will examine critical issues that strategic planning addresses, especially in these competitively challenging times.

Along with the strategic components comes the practical implementation. Richard Condit, CAO of Sundt Construction in Tempe, AZ, will lead the group through a case study of applying strategic principles at his own company.

The entire presentation is designed for interactive sharing and communication and participants will come away with ideas and suggestions that they can immediately put into place at their own companies.
