Conference Registration
Refund and Cancellation Policy

On or before August 31st — Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

September 1, 2010 to February 1, 2011 -— You may send a substitute or receive credit for 2011 Conference less $100 cancellation fee.

After February 1, 2011, no credit for 2011.
