Steve Holley
Global Director of Business Development Oakley, Inc.
Steve Holley is a 20-year veteran of the sporting goods, consumer products, and
retailing industries. During his career, he has worked in strategic, marketing, and
operational capacities with a number of Fortune 500 consumer-focused global companies.
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Holley has amassed deep experience in strategic planning -
especially as it relates to consumers. As a corporate strategy consultant with Kurt Salmon
Associates for a number of years, he advised clients on annual strategic planning, B2C and
B2B marketing, brand positioning and M&A due diligence. In his current role as Oakley's
Global Director of Business Development, he leads the company's efforts in accelerating
sales and profitability in mature and developing markets around the world. Primary
efforts focus on driving incremental sell-in and sell-through in 'the last mile' with
consumers.
Mr. Holley has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business with a dual
concentration of marketing and corporate strategy.
