Student Discount Policy

Student Status Qualification

To qualify for the Student Membership Discount, proof of full-time student status is required. Any bona fide full-time student at an accredited educational institution who shall provide proof of full-time student status is eligible for student membership at the discounted price of $95. A copy of the dated current term's photo Student ID Card will be sufficient. If the ID isn't dated for the current term, then we will also need one of the following as proof of your current academic status:

• A copy of the dated class schedule.
• A copy of the current semester tuition paid receipt from the registrar's office.
• Another dated school ID (library card, etc.) that has the school's name on it.
• A letter from the school on official school letterhead stating that person is a currently enrolled student.

If your school ID doesn't have the person's photo on it, person will also need to fax us one of the following:

• A copy of their Driver's License with your photo.
• A copy of their Passport photo page.

A copy of any such documentation must be mailed or faxed to our Executive Director, Janice Laureen, prior to acceptance of said discounted price. The Student Membership does not automatically renew at the discounted price. On or before Student's anniversary date, a copy of the updated current student status must be tendered before the Student Member Discount is accepted again. Those found to be out of compliance with this rule will be assessed the full annual rate of $195 dating from their anniversary date falling outside full time student status. This rule will commence with the Board of Directors approval of Feb 26, 2007. Therefore, henceforth, renewing Student Members will be subject to full fees if full-time status cannot be proved.
